Thank you for your continued loyalty to Vann York Auto Group.
As the concerns about the coronavirus continue to grow, I want to let you know what we are doing to make sure our customers have a safe and healthy place to buy and service their vehicles.
On top of being more rigorous with our daily cleaning procedures, our cleaning crew has added midday cleanings in high traffic areas like service lanes, show rooms and bathrooms. All loaner vehicles will be cleaned after use and technicians will always wear gloves when they are in and out of your vehicle. There is access to hand sanitizers in all our showrooms and service drives for customers and employees.
CDC guidelines have been used to help keep our employees safe. All sick employees have been instructed to stay home. Employees have been coached on coughing/sneezing etiquette, not shaking hands, washing and sanitizing their hands, wearing gloves when they get in vehicles, keeping proper spacing, and sanitizing their work area. In addition, our Human Resource department is closely monitoring the travel and exposure of our team. We are staying up to date on all CDC recommendations.
For those customers who do not want to get out, our sales and internet teams are prepared to handle all sales transactions without you having to visit the dealership. Visit our web site or just call the dealership and they will be glad to send you photos and guide you through the process.
If you have an emergency service issue with a vehicle and don’t feel comfortable coming in, just call the dealership service center and they will come get your vehicle.
Our first priority is the safety and well being of our customers and employees. We will be open as long as we can maintain that safety.
